First National Bank of Wauchula was founded January 1, 1960 and opened for business January 12, 1960 at 107 E Main Street in downtown Wauchula.

The bank occupied this location until 1976 when it relocated to its present address at 406 N. 6^th Avenue, also know as Highway 17 North.  The bank originally was a 10,000 square foot building with three drive-in windows.   The bank continued to grow so in 1994 we doubled the size of it’s building to accommodate our growing customer base.
